How does your scheduling work?
To schedule an appointment please either email us at info@hopeandwellness.com or call 1-868-222-4631 from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Tuesday through Saturday. Our friendly front desk staff will love to help you.
The clinic is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
If we are to be away from our desk, please leave a detailed message including your name, contact details (eg. telephone number), date and time of the call, and the reason of your call, and we will be getting back to you as soon as possible.
There is no charge for appointments cancelled or rescheduled 24-48 hours in advance.
If you are from another Caribbean island or the United States and would like to see me we can have a video consultation on Skype or iChat video. Skype is free and easy to download. For iChat connection a (dot) Mac account or IM account (free though AOL) is required.
What are your payment requirements?
Patients are responsible for their medical bills, which includes: office visits and natural products at time of service. If your visit runs over time you may be charged for the extra time unless the practitioner decides otherwise. You can pay for products or services by cash, check or major credit card.
Patients who have difficulty meeting payment requirements can be considered for a sliding-scale rate on their visits as well as on any dispensary items. Prior to your first visit you must bring proof of income or proof of no income in order to be considered for lower payment arrangements.
Return checks Fee: There is a 160TT fee for returned check
Why don’t you take insurance?
Insurance companies in Trinidad and Tobago do not recognize the naturopathic
model of care at this time.
